Finest Agaricus Blazei Murill Mushroom Products
Our corporate name is Agarex Comércio Importação e Exportação Ltda. We are located in Mogi das Cruzes in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. Our company is a cooperative of 3 mushroom growers that produce agaricus blazei murrill as well as "champignons" which are common white button mushrooms. We have been growing "champignons" for over 2 generations. Today, our company is one of the largest producers of "champignons" in Mogi. Since 1996 we have started growing agaricus blazei murrill due to the high demand from Japan. Unlike common white button mushrooms which are grown in "barracões" or insulated buildings, agaricus blazei murrill must be grown in the open field. Production begins in September or October and lasts until the end of April when the weather becomes cold. We currently have a warehouse/distribution facility in New Jersey and we are shipping all orders from this location. It saves on freight and shipping costs and ensures reliable delivery of our products.
