Dried Agaricus Blazei Murill Mushrooms from Brasil
We sell dried Agaricus Blazei Murill Mushrooms (ABM) that is grown only by us. We believe that the best method for taking ABM is to make a hot water tea extraction using 2 to 4 pieces of ABM per 1 liter of water (approximate dosage is 5g per 1 liter of water). We do not buy mushrooms from anyone else and we only sell what we grow. The mushrooms are packages in 100 gram packages and boxed. The AG100 is essentially 1 package. For a better value, we also offer the AG500 which is 5 packages of the AG100 and it is $80 less than buying 5 separate 100 gram packages.

How we grow and process our agaricus:
Our agaricus blazei murill mushroom is grown under strict quality and hygienic controls. First, the correct compost must be prepared. Then we pasteurize and sterilize the compost to make sure that the compost is not contaminated with other fungi, insects and bacteria. Once the compost has been prepared correctly, we then inoculate the compost with agaricus blazei murill mushroom hyphae. Then the compost material with the fully developed agaricus blazei murill mushroom mycelia is placed on open land that has ample sunlight. A layer of sterilized and treated soil is used to cover the mushroom bed. Once in place, the agaricus blazei murill mushroom receives plenty of water to keep the soil and compost layers moist. Without sufficient moisture, ABM (agaricus blazei murill mushroom) will not fruit. Once the agaricus blazei murill mushroom is ready to harvest, we harvest the ABM (agaricus blazei murill mushroom) as quick as possible since agaricus blazei murill mushroom starts to spoil very rapidly. The ABM (agaricus blazei murill mushroom) is rinsed and cut into halves and readied for drying. Drying is done through a slow drying process at temperatures of 40º Celsius to about 43º Celsius. It is very important to dry the agaricus blazei murill mushroom slowly so that the ABM does not cook or become shocked. Once dried, the agaricus blazei murill mushroom is carefully selected by hand and all agaricus blazei murill mushroom that does not meet our standards are separated. Routine samples are also taken and sent to laboratories for analysis.
